The online store site AxeMotion was established by the company AxeMotion represented by Patrick Pollet, who is the operator of this site. Any order under a product appearing in the online store website AxeMotion.com requires prior consultation of these general conditions. Consequently, the consumer recognizes perfectly aware that its agreement on the content of these conditions does not require a handwritten signature of this document, insofar as the customer wants to order online the products presented in the shop website. The consumer has the ability to save or print these general conditions, it being understood that both the backup editing this document are the sole responsibility.  ARTICLE 1: ENTIRETY 
 These terms represent all obligations of the parties. In this sense, the consumer is deemed to accept without reservation all the provisions contained in these terms.  ARTICLE 15: PRODUCT WARRANTY

 Of strict security rules govern the construction and use of a machine tool system.
